We are looking, for one of our client in Brussel, for a Head of Finance & Administration. Reporting directly to the CEO your tasks will be:
Finance & Operations:
Budget follow up & forecasts;Invoicing and payments;
Management of financial reporting;
Management of the accounting with the fiduciary;
Management of subsidy files (export, R&D, marketing);
Stock management (inventory, rental, sale);
ERP management & implementation.
HR:
Management of HR policies (salary scales, benefits, car policy);
Management of employee contracts and payments with the social secretariat.
Regulatory & Legal environment:
Follow-up of our RGPD policies with our DPO;
Follow-up of our quality certifications (ISO27001, CE Medical Device).
**Description du profil**:
What would work
You have a minimum of 3 experience in finance & accounting.
You are a real team player, you are creative and solution oriented.Ideally you are fluent in english, french and dutch (min 2) and you master Excel. Knowing Odoo would be a big plus.
