Now, we are looking for a Portfolio Engineer in Belgium

The Senior Project Portfolio Engineer is part of a team responsible for the enablement and support of several projects and portfolio management capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry, including schedule management, resource management, financial management, portfolio management, and performance reporting through KPI follow-up. The role reports to the Portfolios Director.

**What is the role About?**
- Develop project scheduling using tools such as Microsoft Project.
Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) experience a plus.
- Remaining current with rapidly evolving internal and external policies and procedures
- Innovative and forward-thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Experience in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of financial processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical industry regulations is highly desirable
- Takes initiative and provides leadership in solving problems, improving processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (MSc, PhD), PMP certification, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a project manager leading cross-functional project teams
- Experience in Engineering projects in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in French / English
- Experience organizing and managing €10+ million programs/projects
