**Description de l'emploi**
Au sein de la direction Actuary & Data on est à la recherche d'un Ho Data Analytics. Vos activités principals sont:

- Vous traduisez la stratégie du Data Office par la priorisation et l’initiation de projets en lien avec les aspects analytics/modélisation avec plus-value afin de répondre aux besoins u métier.
- Vous développez l’équipe Data Analytics et ses compétences en Data sciences en instaurant une culture Data et un best practice en termes de modélisation et algorithmique.
- Vous guidez le travail et coordonnez les projets tout en assurant le bon timing et la bonne qualité des délivrables.
- Vous construisez des outils d’aide à la décision et recommandations permettant aux équipes métiers d’atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Vous identifiez les opportunités d’améliorations des processus opérationnels etles optimisez
- Vous guidez les besoins technologiques de l’équipe et de la compagnie en matière de modélisation et algorithmique.
- Vous challengez l’infrastructure Data de manière à permettre aux équipes d’être dans les bonnes conditions de travail.

**Le profil**
- Vous avez entre 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la modélisation et/ou le domaine Data sciences (machine learning / intelligence artificielle),
- Une expérience dans le domaine des assurances est un atout,
- Vous maîtrisez les langages SAS, R et Python et les principaux packages Data Science et Deep learning,
- Une expérience dans l’architecture IT (Cloud,..) est un atout
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe mais vous êtes apte à travailler de manière autonome,
- Vous avez d’excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution des problèmes,
- Vous êtes organisé, structuré, orienté client et solutions,
- Vous pouvez communiquer de manière efficace,
- Vous pouvez facilement identifier des opportunités d'amélioration,
- Vous avez une parfaite connaissance du français ou du néerlandais, une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue, ainsi que de l’anglais.
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme universitaire en Data Sciences, Actuariat, Ingénieur Civil, Mathématiques ou orientations similaires,
