De unieke "one-stop-shop" ervaring laat elke professionele schrijnwerker toe de nodige accessoires te bestellen voor de totaalafwerking van een residentiële gevel, van vliegenramen en - deuren, sandwichpanelen of decoratieve deurpanelen tot plooiwerk zoals raamtabletten, dakranden en muurkappen. Om deze ervaring te ondersteunen investeert de firma voortdurend in een verbeterde informatisering en automatisatie, gekoppeld aan een performante logistieke service om onze klanten snel te beleveren. Functie: Als Quality Assurance Officer werk je mee aan de kwaliteitsprojecten en het systematisch voeren van controles om tot een optimalisatie van kwalitatieve producten te komen. Je takenpakket: Je analyseert interne & externe kwaliteitsklachten. Je start verbeteringsprojecten op, op basis van klachten van klanten, feedback uit productie, steekproeven. Je bereidt de implementatie van aangepaste/nieuwe producten voor en volgt deze op. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van Maintenance, R&D en Quality. Dit is een job waarin je zelf je accenten kan leggen. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor inbreng van ideeën en volop gelegenheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien. **Functie eisen** - Je bent in het bezit van minimum een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Je bent analytisch ingesteld en bent een kei in Excel. - Kennis van Inventor/AutoCAD is een plus. - Je kan technische plannen lezen. - Je hebt een stabiele werkervaring(en) achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een productie-omgeving. - Je bent flexibel en pragmatisch ingesteld. **Arbeidsvoorwaarden** - Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en sterk groeiende KMO, waarin je een uitdagende functie wordt aangeboden met doorgroeimogelijkheden. - Bij deze firma is er ruimte voor initiatief met een aangename werksfeer. - De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gekoppeld aan je kennis, ervaring en competenties. - Direct vast contract
