**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- 2 years of experience with:

- CISCO Routing and Switching;
- MS DNS, DHCP;
- At least 1 year of experience with:

- Cisco ISE;
- Cisco Prime;
- Experience with Citrix Netscaler;
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with:

- CISCO VPN Any-Connect;
- MS IPAM.

**Duties/role**:

- Performing first and second level fault resolution on Routing and Switching elements for all NHQ sites and the related interconnections;
- Providing Network troubleshooting Cisco Access Switching/Cisco ISE NAC 801.x/NATO PKI issues, including commissioning;
- Ensuring that Routing and Switching elements are backed up;
- Ensuring Cisco access switch SW upgrading;
- Providing Cisco access switch configuration clean-up;
- Performing Cisco device inventory;
- Aligning VLAN names Network team;
- Acting in Server team.
