As a Event Coordinator you will be responsible for comprehensive planning and management of events up to European level in a most accurate way, in order to stay within budget and timelines and to ensure a high level of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
What is your mission?
Plan, organize and coordinate the company’s participation to major trade shows like the IDS exhibition
Plan, organize and coordinate participation to major events like FDI and IADR in co-operation with the local markets and departments
Plan, organize and execute diverse internal corporate events
Organize and co-ordinate (individual) visits and meetings organized by the different entities of our Leuven site
Plan, organize and coordinate special events at our Europe Campus like seminars, meetings and trainings organized by a third party, VIP visits, incentives and sales meetings upon request of the stakeholders
Internal and external communication, budget and expense tracking, vendor and event logistics coordination regarding planned events

Uw profiel

Who are you?
You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Event Management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
You are a real self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, but also a team-player
Perfect planning and organizational skills
Experience in negotiation is a plus
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Experience with Photoshop is a plus
