To strengthen our EU Immunology Strategic Operations team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Digital Business Transformation Strategy and Capabilities Lead.

In this role, you will be driving our digitally accelerated business transformation towards establishing fully integrated omnichannel data and analytics driven Go-to-Market model in a closed loop insight-to-impact manner, extracting maximum value and impact for patients and all stakeholders. Moreover, you will be leading and further developing a team of Digital Projects Leads, acting as a strong support in the operationalization of our Digital Business Transformation Strategy.

For location, proximity to Brussels, Belgium is preferable but not a must.

As the Digital Business Transformation Strategy and Capabilities Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:

You will contribute by:

- Co-developing, enabling, implementing, and managing in partnership the EU Immunology Business Unit’s omnichannel / customer experience strategy in line with business objectives, priorities, and organisational commitments
- Leading the EU Immunology Business Unit organization in maximizing the omnichannel opportunities by shaping overall processes, ways of working, mindset, skillset, and toolset related to our customer engagement and experience approach
- Imbedding an agile prioritization and pipeline / backlog management in developing (co-developing) capabilities and innovation implementation roadmaps, with the relevant process flows, tools, playbooks, and analytics to support business objectives and growth opportunities
- Leading directly and hands-on new infrastructure, capabilities and functionalities built and maintenance in collaboration with countries, regional, development, technical implementation, and other support teams, in line with the ambition for more personalisation over time and continuing measurement of the success
- Supporting the overall transformation and change management journey by adequately equipping people and teams to adopt and use changes to ways of working, roles and responsibilities, processes and technology, identify and act on potential issues
- Inspiring an environment and sustain governance of digital innovation and best practice sharing, prototyping and testing, ensuring the use of technology and resources for incremental impact creation
- Maintaining strong knowledge of emerging external trends in digital technology and solutions, and translate their potential value for the organisation and elevated stakeholder engagement

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

- Master’s degree in business, digital marketing and communications or other relevant fields

preferred, Bachelor’s degree acceptable
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital, omnichannel / customer experience, preferably at regional / global level
- Knowledge of the pharma environment and healthcare ecosystems as well as experience in managing a team of direct reports is a plus
- Agile and /or Scrum certification or other project management certification would be an advantage
- Track record of successful end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in regional / global matrixed organization
- Demonstratable ability to effectively manage mixed resources
