Als Energiedeskundige Type A bij IFIRMA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van EPC's (Energieprestatiecertificaten) voor diverse klanten in jouw regio. Je gaat op plaatsbezoek en voert een objectieve analyse uit volgens de regelgeving van het Vlaams Energie
- en Klimaatagentschap (VEKA). Met jouw passie voor vastgoed en uitgebreide kennis van energieprestaties draag je bij aan het duurzamer maken van gebouwen.
**Wat ga je doen als Energiedeskundige Type A**:
- Opstellen van EPC's voor residentiële, klein-niet-residentiële en gemeenschappelijke delen van appartementsgebouwen.
- Uitvoeren van plaatsbezoeken en objectieve analyses conform de regelgeving van VEKA.
- Verwerken van de gegevens met behulp van geschikte software en zorgen voor een tijdige aflevering van correcte en volledige EPC's.
- Fungeren als belangrijk uithangbord van IFIRMA door klantvriendelijkheid, integriteit en stiptheid uit te stralen.

- Je hebt een hart voor vastgoed
- Een gediplomeerd energiedeskundige type A met ervaring in het opstellen van EPC's.
- Kennis van bouwfysica, opmeten en uittekenen met SketchUp.
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands, en een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs type B.
- Gedetailleerd en nauwkeurig werken, met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin voor de dossiers die je behandelt.
