**Job description**:
**The role**:
Are you an energetic, pro-active self-starter? Do you love to work in a team of like-minded individuals? Are you a structured and sales savvy worker who likes to take initiative, ownership and translate this into actions? We are looking for a Senior Business Manager, with rolled up sleeves, to join our office in Brussels and put our ambition to set up our temp staffing division into action.
As a senior and core member of our Brussels management team, you will be responsible for the setup of a new business unit operating nationwide. We already have the network, knowledge, expertise and support to help you set up this division and succeed. The position offers great exposure, responsibilities and a great starting point for a managing consultant or account manager to join a fast-pace and international recruitment company and grow into a director position.
**The challenge**:
- You will work directly with the country director for commercial success
- Develop, design and implement business plans to promote our new temp staffing solutions to current key-accounts to expand sales
- You will proactively identify new clients, generate leads and initiate meetings with these potential clients
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships
- You will be responsible for building a new team. In the meantime you can expect temporary support of 180 recruitment consultants from other divisions for job execution
- Using our CRM system Salesforce, to track, forecast and report on activities and prospects
**Your profile:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 5 years' experience in a commercial role or at least one business manager/equivalent role
- A well-established IT network and experience in recruitment does give you an advantage
- Tenancy and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- You are customer focussed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English verbal and written;
- And above all; you have a positive mindset with a flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
