Proximus is seeking a motivated Junior Automation Developer to join our growing automation team. As part of our digital transformation journey, you will help develop and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency and create value across our organization.
**Your Role**
As a Junior Automation Developer at Proximus, you will work closely with our automation team to design, develop, and implement automated solutions using RPA tools and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in developing automated workflows using Blue Prism
- Design automated workflows with Power Automate to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Support the implementation and testing of automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated processes
- Provide support towards the Citizen Developers Community
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of automation solutions
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools, preferably with some knowledge of Blue Prism
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Basic programming skills and understanding of software development principles
- Basic experience with database management
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques
- Good communication skills in Dutch, French, or English
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of automation
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience with AI concepts or Agentic systems
- Knowledge of other automation tools or frameworks
- Understanding of API integration and web services
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
