**Job Description**:
As a Service Planner you'll be part of the Service Planning team and will report to Service Back Office Manager
You'll:
- Ensure continuous communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) on Service interventions.
- Analyse the orders of related services and look for adherence to requested delivery dates, cost efficient solutions, productivity of Field Service Engineers and customer
- and employee satisfaction.
- Use IT systems
- Liaise with customers, the service teams in Hubs and other departments (Finance, Project Management, Shipping and Warehouse )
- Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the Back-office and Service contribute to these.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to present complex information and issues in a user-friendly manner
- Excellent organization
- Knowledge of Service Back-office processes management and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to relate to customers, their views and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures
- You are passionate about Service (products)
- Experience with MS office & ERP system is a plus
- Can easily communicate in Dutch, Spanish and English (other languages on top are considered as a plus)
- You love having hectic day
