- We are currently looking to reinforce our team of Account Managers for the Wholesalers department for the region of Brussels and Hainaut.
- The OnTrade W-team takes care of the relations with the Belgian wholesalers, our partners who supply the indirect customers. In order to guarantee a proactive relationship with each of the approximately 300 wholesalers, we are therefore looking for dynamic force that energetically fills the W1 key position.
- The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. As an Account Manager you serve as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- The role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Manage the relationship with a diverse portfolio of key wholesalers, whilst acting as a true brand ambassador
- Grow distribution, budgeted volume and profitability in horeca and drinkshops
- Build activation / account plans with customers to ensure we have the strongest market presence by maximize sales and unlock common opportunities
- Implement the joint customer business plan that not only ensures we deliver our key commercial metrics, but at the same time is focused on consumers
- Monitor and analyze commercial data agreed KPI’s of your Wholesaler portfolio and translate it into concrete action plans to achieve the set objectives
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and products and services are delivered as promised
- Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitors and their offerings
