**INTERNATIONAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS TEAM LEADER**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Strong understanding of current marketing/digital tools and strategies, and the ability to lead a small team of marketing professionals is a prerequisite.

**RESPONSIBILITES**

Leading the Marketing team in all aspects of marketing, communications, and support.

Taking up direct responsibility for the company’s communication plan in order to support the operations and the strategic goals by:

- Developing the communication strategy contents to promote Insurope Network and its Network Members
- Developing, managing and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan, utilizing market information
- Working closely together with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative marketing campaigns and materials to endeavor understanding, interest and demand for our solutions
- Researching industry-related topics concerning International Employee Benefits/Insurances to develop meaningful contents for social media and newsletters
- Monitoring effectiveness and support to improve campaigns and contents through performance data and analyses (strategy to drive traffic and interest - keyword ranking, click-through rates, etc.)
- Stay current on audiences, industry trends, social media behaviors to define best practices
- Evaluating and reporting on similar industry activities, making recommendations based on new market opportunities
- Developing innovative marketing material and presentations and ensuring that all material is distributed according the an agreed timeline

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**. **Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or in a related field
- Fluent in English (preferably English native speaker), other languages are an advantage
- Positive and flexible team leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable to understand complex business and communication processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing in-house or within an agency
- Knowledge/experience in Insurance/International Employee Benefits/HR digitalization/Well-being/Multinational pooling will be a powerful asset
- Strong experience of new/emerging social media platforms, marketing tools and technologies
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines
- Able to track performance data, analyze results and optimize compaigns
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Able to operate with a sense of urgency and discipline across various time zones
- Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Capable to solve problems quickly, provide analytics on successful practices
- Proficient in one or more of the following: Mailchimp, Event App, Microsoft Teams, Vyond, SoGo Survey, Dun & Bradstreet, Hoovers, Global Data, and financial rating providers
- Ready to travel occasionally
