(NL, FR, ENG) “Ja natuurlijk am I fluent en trois langues” Werk je daarbovenop graag in een snel evoluerende omgeving? “Net bij m’n collega het nieuwe boekhoudpakket geïnstalleerd en dan ook meteen uitgelegd, maar wat ga ik morgen leren?” Voor een accounting - en consulting bedrijf in België zijn we op zoek naar een accountant die zijn weg in IT wil verder zetten of een IT’er met sterk inzicht in financiële processen. Een echte durfal die informatie absorbeert en ze deelt Jouw rol als applicatie specialist? - Je ondersteunt de users bij het gebruiken van de applicaties (ERP, boekhoudpakketten,), die jij als geen ander leert kennen. - Om je werk te vergemakkelijken schrijf je al eens een handleiding uit. (Of neem jij het initiatief om dit om te toveren in “magische.gif” bestanden die je snel kan doorsturen?) - Je duikt graag in een (optimalisatie)project en werkt dit af tot een goed einde. - Je gaat al eens graag werken op een andere site om opleidingen te geven, “Cool nog meer collega’s leren kennen” - Bij nieuwe features ben jij de eerste die ze leert, test en kapot krijgt (en ook weer fixed natuurlijk). - Je traint de users bij de gebruik van nieuwe features of applicaties. Vereisten Jouw profiel - Je voelt je thuis in een familiale en snel wijzigende werkomgeving. - Je geniet van een uitdaging en leert graag nieuwe dingen. - Je hebt een proactieve mindset, je ziet problemen voor ze gebeuren en weet dit te communiceren naar de user, samen met mogelijke oplossingen op een klantvriendelijke manier. - Je kan autonoom en projectmatig werken dankzij jouw flexibele ingesteldheid. - Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief. - Je denkt actief na over hoe, wat en waar er verbeteringen kunnen plaatsvinden -> when you get “The go”, YOU GO
