Tasks

As a Manager in our Software Security & Assessments team, you will:

- Assist with scoping prospective engagements, participating in engagements from kickoff through completion, and mentoring less experienced staff
- Identify, market, and develop new and pull-through business opportunities
- Be an ambassador of NVISO’s combined capabilities and understand how these can help a possible client
- Supervise staff, provide feedback and coaching, and grow their technical and consulting skill
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of a part of larger penetration testing team

**Requirements**:

- You are eligible for a NATO clearance. (see HERE for more information)
- 5-8 years experience in at least three (3) of the following, proving a strong technical background:

- Network penetration testing and manipulation of network infrastructure
- Shell scripting or automation of simple tasks using Perl, Python, or Ruby
- Developing, extending, or modifying exploits, shellcode or exploit tools
- Reverse engineering malware, data obfuscators, or ciphers
- Source code review for control flow and security flaws
- Knowledge in managing projects and understand the business concepts behind it (project margins, utilization targets, capacity management,)
- Ability to manage several small projects running simultaneously
- Willingness to travel in case required for projects
- Technical certifications in penetration testing or project management are a plus
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Polished presentation skills, to include capabilities at technical, executive, and board levels
