You will be responsible for driving the profitability of the POPs within the Belgium area with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses.

About the missions

As a District Manager, your main missions will include:

- Managing sustainable sales performance (sell-out) of SR, IR ( Mono Brand independent retailer) and MUB ( multi Brand independent Retailer ) within the Belgium market and ensures targets are met.
- Implementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal integrity of the store portfolio according to guidelines provided.
- Being accountable for SR profitability, taking ownership for the store’s performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
- Working side-by-side with HR, being responsible to attract, develop and retain the right people thus securing the right present and future capabilities for the organization.
- Ensuring excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines, securing the maximum impact to the consumer.
- Using all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment (e.g. via data provide in Kompass tool, traffic, VPT, etc.).
- Creating a culture of service in all stores, where all store activity and assets are viewed as vehicles for showcasing and driving brand equity and are centered on the customer.

About you

You are an experienced District Manager and you have:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ Experience, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a fashion customer
- and commercial
- focused retail environment
- Experience in leading teams and teams in retail
- Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 80% of working time
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
