Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our Consumer business Department.
**As our Store Manager**:
- You manage an Orange store and staff in a specific region to meet sales, customer satisfaction and brand image objectives.
- You lead by example to lead your team to commercial successes and high customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for store operations, merchandising, processes and the development of local networks.
- you recruit your shop staff, in close collaboration with your District Manager and HR department.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and you have a knowledge of English & French
**How can you make the difference at our Orange Store**:
- As an inspiring Manager you motivate your sales people during team meetings and on the floor trainings, you coach your people, with the objective to help them grow and develop excellent sales skills.
- You clearly communicate the Orange store objectives and you take the necessary actions when needed.
- To increase traffic in your Orange Store, you define and implement local commercial actions.
- As an Orange ambassador, you are responsible for the image of your store and guarantee that our Customers have insight into different Orange products, services and pricing.
**You have experience in & knowledge of**:
- Retail & Shop Management
- Orange Products and services
- Sales techniques and service methods on B2C & B2B approach
- Recruitment techniques
- People Management
- Languages : NL, EN is a plus
