**Motivated shift manager for KFC Bilzen**:

- As Shift manager, you will manage 7 to 25 team members on a daily basis. Besides managing the team, you will be operationally active on the shop floor. You create a great working atmosphere while coaching employees on the quality of their work, attitude and behaviour. During your shift, you are ultimately responsible for the safety of our employees and guests, protecting KFC's property and complying with the following core duties.-
- You ensure an agreeable working atmosphere and coach employees on the quality of their work, approach to work and their attitude.
- You are also operationally active on the shop floor.
- You have knowledge of HACCP and act accordingly.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the following (abbreviated as CHAMPS):
**Cleanliness**: You ensure order and cleanliness within the restaurant.

**Hospitality**: The customer experience is always paramount to you and your team.

**Accuracy**: You ensure punctual compliance with all procedures.

**Maintenance**: You ensure maintenance of the restaurant and take action where necessary.

**Product Quality**: You guarantee fresh, hot products. At all times, without exception.

**Speed of Service**: You provide fast and friendly customer service.

**Job requirements**:
- You have managerial experience in a similar position within the hospitality and/or retail sector;
- You have a very good command of the Dutch language. Other languages (English, French) are definitely an asset;
- Motivating and appreciating people comes naturally to you;
- You are a real People Manager and respect the people you work with;
- You are eager to learn and effortlessly transfer knowledge to others;
- You are numerically minded;
- You always prioritise customer focus and the customer experience;
