Unit-T is een snelgroeiende speler in de sector, gespecialiseerd o.a. in het aanleggen van grootschalige fibernetwerken.

Ter versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar ervaren** Project Managers** die kunnen bijdragen aan het succes van verschillende grootschalige projecten.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als **Project Manager** bij Unit-T speel je een cruciale rol in het managen van grootschalige projecten van A tot Z.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de planning, de uitvoering en oplevering van projecten binnen de afgesproken tijdslijnen, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen.
Je taken omvatten onder andere:

- Ontwikkelen van gedetailleerde projectplannen, inclusief tijdlijnen, mijlpalen, risicomanagement en resourceplanning.
- Beheren en monitoren van budgetten en zorgen voor kostenefficiëntie.
- Stakeholdermanagement.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de projectuitkomsten en implementeert kwaliteitscontroles.
- Je zal regelmatig rapporteren aan de Business Director.

**Wat neem je mee?**:
Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager, bij voorkeur in de telecom, energie of rail sector.

Opleiding: Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (bijvoorbeeld Techniek, Bedrijfskunde of Projectmanagement).

Vaardigheden:

- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
- Vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je hebt een scherp oog voor de behoeften van de klant en streeft ernaar om hun verwachtingen te overtreffen.
