As part of the team, you will help us continue that growth and our landmark digital transformation. **Function**: **Your Mission** Execute the product go to market for your stakeholder and contribute to the definition of the strategy (marketing plan, channels readiness, Support Channels readiness), Work on the positioning, employee/client/merchant value proposition, acquisition and activation for the brand. **Your Responsabilities** - Contribute to the product go-to-market strategy and execution plan for your stakeholder - Execute product launch plans in close cooperation with the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Build and update product documentation - Contribute to market research to understand the needs and build detailed personas of your stakeholders - Provide input for positioning for your stakeholder, combining products into narratives addressing stakeholders’ segmented needs - Work closely with digital marketing and communication teams on marketing plan execution - Monitor objectives with relevant KPIs for your stakeholder to support the product objectives and company OKR’s - Ensure internal alignment on go-to-market activities and objectives with Merchant, CX and Sales teams - Define and execute product training plans for internal teams - Represent the product marketing team for your stakeholder in go-to-market related PODs **Profile**: **Your Profile** - At Sodexo we are dedicated to buil_ - 2-3 years marketing experience with product marketing in the scope - Experience in product positioning, value proposition, writing briefs; Go-to-market planning & execution - Ability to conceptualise solutions for the different stakeholders’ segmented needs - Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude - You are passionate about user and customer experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and being able to influence on all levels - You have the ability to prioritise.
