Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een **Audit Project Officer (m/v/x).**
Onze klant is een **internationaal** advieskantoor.
Zij zijn gelegen in **Gent** en vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
**Jouw takenpakket**:
- Je staat in voor projectmanagement en bijhorende administratie: coördineren en assisteren bij de voorbereiding van materiaal voor onderhandelingen/voorstellingen/presentaties/afleveringen naar klanten, het organiseren van agenda's, klantbijeenkomsten en conference calls, notuleren, mailboxbeheer, travelmanagement;
- Je staat ook in voor het financiële beheer: onkosten, kosten en facturatie;
- Een derde luik vormt compliancebeheer.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens een bachelor en bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring met een vergelijkbaar takenpakket of binnen een vergelijkbare sector;
- Je hebt naast het Neder**lan**ds een zeer goede tot vloeiende kennis van het **Engels** (voertaal), basiskennis **Frans** is voldoende;
- Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en proactief;
- Je houdt van een functie met wat financiële affiniteit.
