**Position**:
We are looking for a **Project Controller** who will perform:
- Customer contract management (**administrative** and **financial**aspects)
- Administrative and budgetary project control
- Management and analysis of project data.
The position is to join a growing Team in the **Administration Department** (comprised of 7 persons).
Your support to the Project Managers and Company Management will be essential to the success of our projects.
- **Location**: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
- **Start Date**: As of March 2025
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Establish the data file for each new Customer and project
- Annotate project data with clear descriptions
- Check the project data file for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare Project Monthly Reports for use by the Management
- Follow up changes in project budget and schedule
- Identify proactively potential concerns
- Highlight any deviations of actual expenditure from predictions to the relevant Managers
- Support to the preparation of project audits.
**Skills and Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in accounting, economics, business administration, **OR** relevant experience. Recent graduates with the right drive and ambition are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of accounting
- Strong organisational skills:
- Capable of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Multitasking and analytical thinking
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously and proposeprocess improvements
- Ability to work independently, with assertiveness
- Excellent team communicator
- Proven experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken English.
