**For a company active in the IT sector and located in Zaventem, Hays is actively looking for Finance Business Controller.**
As Business Controller for Belgium and the Netherlands, you are in charge of the budget, monthly performance analysis and management reports. You monitor the key financial topics (including invoiced sales, KPIs, customer payments and overdues, ). You monitor the financial performance and report them to the country’s heads. You’re responsible for the monthly closings, annual closing and assistance in audit work for Belgium. You act as a real finance business partner, report to the CFO and work on different ad hoc projects. You are flexible to travel to the Netherlands around 1x/week.
