**Role**:
The **Project Coordinator** is the key collaborator in the realization of our customer projects across the Benelux. Your primary objective is to ensure that all the project requirements are realized within the conditions to the satisfaction of the customer. In addition, is role is also to maximize the profit for the company, and he therefore permanently monitors opportunities to reduce costs & increase the revenue within the possibilities of the project.
The **Project Coordinator** will assume full responsibility over specific project whilst reporting to the Project Director on a regular basis.

- Contract Management / negotiation
- Risk - Claim Management
- Financial Management
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator
- Detailed knowledge of Airport Business in general and/or Airfield Business in particular is a plus
**IT skills**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages is a must (including Ms. Project).
- Primavera P6 is definately a plus
- AutoCAD
**Languages**
- English
- French
- Dutch
- Any other language is a plus, in particular Italian.
**Competencies**
- Result driven and responsible
- Autonomous in analyzing and resolving problems
- Organized / Able to make clear judgment and efficient decision making
- Able to work in a challenging environment
- Cost awareness and responsible for budgets relating to projects
