Our client is an **international company a**ctive in **healthcare.** The company is located in **Zaventem** and is looking for reinforcement for their **customer service**team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a **dynamic team and motivated colleagues.**
**Your new role**
As a **Customer Installation Coordinator,** you’ll be responsible for managing installation orders for large medical devices, with a strong focus on accurate **order entry**and full coordination throughout the **order-to-cash cycle**. This includes validating order details, ensuring correct system input, tracking progress, and **supporting invoicing and credit processes**. You’ll **collaborate closely with internal teams**such as project management, customer service, finance, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure smooth and timely execution. The role **requires proactive follow-up, cross-functional alignment, and a structured approach to handling complex installations.**
