**Doelstelling**:
As Site Certification Coordinator, you are key contributor to keep control over the production
plan for periodical certification of mobile network sites related to the safety and electrical
certification (Safe To Climb: STC and Electrical Certification: EWC/RGIE). The responsibility is
to follow up the planning of the certification companies (SECT), make sure the certificates are
available on the defined locations and launch the needed actions in case of a failed certificate to
have the corrections done.

**Voornaamste taken**:
You act as a coordinator for the periodical site certifications. You create the yearly production
plan and provide this plan to the certification companies (SECT) that work on behalf of
Ericsson and you do a regular follow-up and steer the progress on the production plan.
ï‚- You make sure that all the certifications are upload into the appropriate databases, and all the
milestones are toggled.
ï‚- On a monthly basis you compile data such as progress of the production plan and failed
certificates for each customer into the report to be used on the performance meeting.
ï‚- You analyse the failed certificates and request a price offer for the reworks needed on site to get
certification passed. You secure that the price offer is accepted by our customer and you secure
the works are started and completed with the agreed deadline and that the ticket can be closed
within the service level agreement.
ï‚- Participate to the monthly KPI meetings with the certification companies.
ï‚- Participate to the bi-weekly customer meetings.
ï‚- Maintaining the databases. Upload the Site Sharing certificates on a weekly basis & check
monthly for new certificates from other operators.

**Profiel**:
ï‚- You are well organized; you are capable to manage and oversee a workstream and are capable
to set the right priorities to support your workstream.
ï‚- You are customer focused and you are result oriented. You are a team player, you are analytical,
you are persuasive, and you are a user-friendly communicator
ï‚- You have a passion to work with administrative tasks and you are capable to work effectively with
Windows PC and very good knowledge of MS Excel - MS Outlook -MS Word and capable to
ï‚- You are strong in managing admin related activities, you are capable to work in different tools
and you are strong with working with MS Excel.
ï‚- You shall have some understanding of the applicable safety regulations and instructions and
expert in this domain,
ï‚- You are specialized in Safe to Climb installations and have a good understanding of Health and
Safety.
ï‚- Languages: Good knowledge of one of the local languages is a must (Dutch or French). You shall
be proficient in speaking English.

ï‚- Location: Belgium, main office in Zaventem but there's a possibility to work from home in a hybrid
mode
ï‚- Working Time: 40 hours per week
