Description
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Sales Director, will be responsible for driving, achieving and exceeding sales targets within their division and region while managing a team of salespeople. NSF International is a leading global TIC organization known for its superior technical expertise and high levels of customer satisfaction
**Key Job Responsibilities **include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within respective business unit and region
- Responsible for sales expansion and gaining new clients within respective business unit and region
- Responsible for implementation of sales strategy to grow business within the respective business unit and region
- Providing input to Global Director in setting sales goals, quotas, and metrics
- Manage, direct and motivate salespeople to achieve and exceed set goals, quotas and metrics
- Demonstrate ability to be agile and adjust to industry changes with regards to the direction of the business
- Working with Global Director to drive accountability through tracking and measurement of Key Process Indicators
- Partners with Marketing on go-to market strategy
- Work cross-functionally across the business to support overall organizational goals
Qualifications
**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and/or sales leadership
- 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated overachievement of quotas
- Ability to work and be successful in a cross functional environment
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams and proven experience of project management
- Capable of being agile, as in ability to adjust to industry changes and/or direction of the business
- Strong English proficiency
- Experience and knowledge of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), preferred
- Belgian resident (travels to HQ in Zaventem will be necessary)
