As a **Sales Admin Coordinator,** you'll be the one ensuring our ordering & delivery processes meet the standards in the fast-paced sales world, by guiding the sales admin team but also by playing your own part in the follow-up of administrative tasks when needed. If you like motivating a team, are good with details and thrive in a busy environment, this job is perfect for you. In this role you (as well as your Admin colleagues) will be reporting to the Sales Admin & Delivery Manager.

**Your role**
- You drive the business and maximize performance by ensuring an accurate & smooth administration of the vehicles to be delivered
- You coordinate the planning of the delivery of the cars
- You act as operational support and backup of the whole Sales Admin & Delivery team
- You look for efficiencies in processes and procedures
- You follow-up the daily delivery figures and develop action plans when needed
- You implement a clear delivery procedure for all sites

**Your experience**
- Experience in an administrative role with customer contacts.
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a dynamic team player who can act and think proactively
- Accurate and organized
- Have a high degree of integrity
