As a Sales Admin Employee, you'll be the one ensuring everything meets the standards in the fast-paced sales world. **Job role and responsibilities**

**Responsible for the DEAL files**
- Keep track and ensure deal-files for own retail sites
- Enter data (margins, sales price, discount, accessories, ) in Smartsheet
- Upload all required documents in file (ID, invoice, contract, margin sheet, )
- Follow-up of ORD in regards of payment and forms
- Check final validation

**Back-up Retail Sites**

After Sales Advisor made order in Sales Force and input the details of the sales in Smartsheet, Sales Admin takes over the rest of the process, meaning:

- Ensure different actions are done and confirm the actions in Smartsheet
- Follow-up on financing, ensuring registration of car, insurance, license plate,
- Follow-up process of customer management (track ORD process, payment follow-up, documentation)
- For lease orders (70% of volume), needs to go via ORD system: close follow-up of order can be processed (confirmation of order by Fleet MGT/Lease company), ensure documents are available (form 75, COS, )
- Check delivery date and contact customer
- Ensure car and all documents are ready for on delivery day
- Assistant on deliveries (depending of volume)
- Communication with customer
- Follow-up on complaints
- Invoicing
