**Description**:
As a Technical Business Analyst in the **automotive industry**, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions across various automotive projects. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive business processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the automotive industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, and dealerships.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and data mappings.
- Work closely with software developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state, proposing solutions to address gaps.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as business process models, workflow diagrams, and user manuals, to support project implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget and scope constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT), ensuring the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree **in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. **Master's degree **or relevant certifications (e.g., **CBAP**, **PMP**) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of automotive business processes and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications using tools such as **Microsoft Visio,** **Lucidchart,** or Enterprise Architect.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, **Kanban**).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of database concepts and **SQL **querying skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
