Context
We are looking for an ambitious (Junior) Centralized Portfolio Manager to provide operational support for Portfolio Managers and Private Bankers. You will play a central role in managing and monitoring client investment portfolios, ensuring they remain aligned with strategic objectives and model portfolios. This dynamic position involves close collaboration with Private Bankers, Client Service Officers, and Portfolio Managers to deliver exceptional service and tailored investment solutions.
Your position
- Managing and oversee a dedicated book of client portfolios.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and ensure alignment with the firm’s model portfolios.
- Collaborating closely with Private Bankers to support client investment strategies and relationship goals.
- Working hand-in-hand with Client Service Officers to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Reviewing and validate all portfolio changes prior to online transaction execution.
- Overseeing permanent investment orders, cash flows, debits, and credits to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintaining a strong control mindset, continuously seeking to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
- Liaising with the Credit Department to support lending needs and risk management.
- Partnering with the Centralized Portfolio Management team to ensure consistent portfolio oversight and alignment.
**Profile**:
- Your have obtained a Bachelor or have a similar expertise through experience, and are passionate about finance;
- You are fluent in French, with a very good knowledge of English and Dutch.
- You will show energy and enthusiasm in your work and be rigorous in your approach. You will also stand out because of your ability to communicate easily and your liking for figures.
- You will be trustworthy, able to show discretion and a critical eye
