**The role**

Learning & Development is key for the sustainable growth of the Power Technique Service Division. Therefor we are looking for a Learning Professional who wants to contribute to the further development of our people and the development of the technicians and salespeople of our external partners.
Within this new role you will be responsible for the coordination of various training programs and will have to closely monitor the development of the competences of our employees and of our external partners. You will be part of the Human Resources Team and report to the Vice President Human Resources. You will work in a global environment.
**Are you interested to?**
- Map the training requirements together with the experts to develop a high qualitative blended training offer both for our internal employees as for employees of our external partners
- Create and maintain the trainings in our internal learning management system (Cornerstone platform)
- Be the key contact person for all learning & development related questions
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees to implement continuous improvement
- Maintain and improve reporting on effectiveness and the impact of training
- Coordinate the organization of the divisional trainings
- Use known education principles and keep a close eye on the training market developments and stay up to date on training methods, techniques, and technologies.
