We’re looking for a Business Analyst / BPO specialist for our Operations department in our Away From Home business unit. You'll be part of our Planning Operations team based in Brussels and will report directly to the Planning Operations Teamlead.

The Business Analyst is the hero of analytical insight within the operations department - the role ensures everyone takes data-driven decisions to create business value. This role will continue to grow in importance and impact, year on year.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be close to our operations team and learn what drives our business to provide insights, guidance and actionable recommendations to reach business objectives.
- You will be working closely with the installation planners on certain topics: thorough follow-up and optimization of car stocks & stock counts; following up all changes in machine configurations.
- You are back-up of your colleagues in the planning operations team.
- You make thorough analysis of our operations data and translate this to the business (internal and external). You will also be responsible translating Operational performance to financials.
- You will develop, update & maintain reports and will provide input for periodic reporting and planning (day-to-day follow-up, monthly closing, quarterly latest estimations, annual plan).
- You create global reports and KPI dashboards (esp. from SalesForce / Click where available) to understand business opportunity. Become the go-to person for reporting design, improvement & roll-out for our operations organization.
- You perform ad-hoc analysis for the operations management: combine multiple data sources, establish cross-connections, create insights.
- You have an active involvement in performance reviews with third party suppliers
- You build analytical understanding in end users and inspire them to use reports and dashboards. Help and train end users in the use of the various reports, but also support in very specific problem solving where you will deepdive into systemprocesses.
- RGM (revenue growth management): report, analyze and propose action plan on activity based costing tool.
- ISO certification: you will be the owner of certain ISO requirements and assist in preparing both the internal and external audits.
- You act as BPO (Sales Force) of the Operations team:

- Local expert
- Implement system improvement
- Represent Belgium in global community
- Train and onboard end users (operations team) to system
- Define new local requirements
- Build process documentation
- Report and log incidents to GBPO
- Participate in developing best practice through the global Analytics community, sharing learnings and building skills.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Min. 2 years’ experience in an analytical role required
- You have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers/systems and a “can do” attitude
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce. You can leverage analytical capabilities of Power BI and analytical hub.
- Natural high attention to details while maintaining focus and pace
- Excellent communicator able to engage the operations team
- Experience in working cross-functionally and positively influencing
- Good understanding of business drivers
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English and in Dutch (French is a plus)
- Quick learner, deadline oriented and fun to work with
