We zijn actief op zoek naar gedreven individuen om onze teams te versterken op diverse locaties in België. Bij Partena bieden we op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor onze klanten, waaronder het sociaal secretariaat, het sociaal verzekeringsfonds voor zelfstandigen en het ondernemingsloket. Onze IT-afdeling speelt een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling, het onderhoud en de ondersteuning van applicaties die essentieel zijn voor deze drie pijlers van onze organisatie.
**Momenteel zoeken we een Functioneel en Business Analyst**, met een focus op de IT-behoeften van ons sociaal verzekeringsfonds voor zelfstandigen en het ondernemingsloket.

- Een open geest, in staat complexe behoeften te interpreteren, duidelijke verzoeken te formuleren, en oplossingen te vinden in complexe situaties.
- Iemand met de vaardigheid en bereidheid tot het coachen van collega's, persistentie, een sterk initiatief en de wens om voortdurend professionele vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
- Klantgericht, met het vermogen om de behoeften en verwachtingen van klanten nauwkeurig te begrijpen en daarop in te spelen.
- Uitstekend in tijdbeheer, prioriteiten stellen, verwachtingen beheren en stressmanagement.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Vloeiend in Nederlands of Frans, met goede kennis van de andere taal. Engels is een plus.
- Een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in IT, managementwetenschappen of een verwante discipline.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel en/of business analyst.
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum methodologieën en het ontwikkelen van user stories.
- Bekwaamheid in het formaliseren van functionele analyses met behulp van diverse diagrammen (BPMN, UML, etc.) is een plus.
**Jouw taken**:
- Analyseren en interpreteren van bedrijfsvereisten in functionele en technische specificaties.
- Samenwerken met technische teams om de haalbaarheid en consistentie van voorgestelde oplossingen te waarborgen.
- Schrijven van zakelijke en functionele analyses die processen, databasetoepassingen en schermlay-outs documenteren.
- Gebruikmaken van een holistische benadering voor probleemanalyse en oplossingsvoorstel, rekening houdend met zowel zakelijke als technische aspecten.
