**About the role**

As the **EMEA Managing Director** focused on our applied AI and technology offering, you’ll step into a dynamic, tech-forward environment where the foundation is already in place for you to thrive. With a team of engineers, product experts, a proven track record of successful build projects, and an active build pipeline, you’ll have the resources and momentum to make an immediate impact. This is the perfect moment to join—early enough to drive and shape the future of our applied AI and technology practice in EMEA, but not so early that you’ll be starting from scratch.

In this role, you’ll be a visionary leader, combining strategic acumen and technical insight to unlock transformational AI opportunities for clients. You’ll work directly with organizations to design and implement next generation AI tools, agentic workflows, and AI-led decision systems that solve complex problems and deliver measurable results. Your primary focus will be business development—building relationships with C-suite stakeholders, identifying opportunities where AI solutions can bring value, and driving our AI product offering forward as a market leader in the region.

Your ability to navigate the intersection of innovation, technology, and business outcomes for large enterprises across multiple sectors - especially CPG, F&B, industrials, healthcare, and financial services - will not only strengthen our presence in EMEA, but also cement BOI as a trusted partner for cutting-edge AI solutions globally.
