**Fonction**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Project Manager à Bruxelles en CDD**. En tant que Project Manager, vous serez amené à piloter des porjets FM (travaux, aménagements, maintenance) en vous déplaçant sur plusieurs sites, en assurant qualité, délais, budget et satisfaction client.
- Vous gérez le **cycle complet** des projets FM
- Vous **coordonnez** les équipes internes et prestataires
- Vous suivez le **planning, le budget, les risques et le reporting**:

- Vous garantissez la **conformité HSE et qualité**:

- Vous participez aux **réunions**.

**Profil**:
Pour le poste de **Project Manager à Bruxelles**, nous sommes à la recherche du profil suivant:

- Vous disposez **d’un diplôme de gestion hotelière** (et gestion de projets FM) assorti de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le secteur du **Catering** et du** Facility Management**:

- Vous êtes un** Manager de projets**:

- Vous possédez d’excellentes **connaissances HSE, procurement, bâtiments**:

- Vous possédez d’excellentes **aptitudes relationnelles** et sociales
- Vous êtes **structuré** et avez le sens de l'organisation
- Vous savez** travailler de manière autonome**:

- Vous communiquez de façon fluide avec vos collaborateurs et savez motiver une équipe à atteindre d’excellents résultats
- Vous êtes un(e) teamplayer - **One Team Approach.**
