A change is not easy, but it is everywhere. A **change** will require an organization to go through different stages in its **digital transformation** process. This will bring many challenges, such as **resistance and stakeholder management**. A Change Manager and User Adoption Consultant helps organizations throughout this journey to prepare for and face these challenges.
**Your tasks, activities & responsibilities**:
- You prepare and lead **interactive workshops** with customers.
- You** map out customers’ challenges** and convert them into constructive advice on how to successfully introduce behavioral changes in the organization using **Adoption & Change Management** techniques.
- You **inspire** the customer to think about the change and communication possibilities.
- You create content for **internal communication.**:
- You prepare and execute **training** sessions for users at different levels.
- You design **support and **training material** (written, video, quizzes,).
- You **measure** change management efforts and adopt actions.
- You stay up to date with the **newest trends** and functionalities.
- You work in a **project team** consisting of colleagues and customers.
**Requirements**:
- You have a few years of **work experience** in training and/or change management.
- You are a **strong communicator**, both written and oral.
- You are passionate about supporting the **human side** of technology changes.
- You can explain concepts and ideas in a **clear and concise **manner.
- You love **sharing knowledge** and helping customers.
- You know how to design **training material** or **e-learning** modules in a **corporate environment.**:
- You are able to work on several customer projects **simultaneously.**:
- Your experience with **Microsoft 365** platform is a plus.
- You have Bachelor's or Master's **degree** in Communication / Education / Marketing / Psychology / Management, etc.
- You are fluent in **Dutch** and English.
