**About the role**:
Ultimately your role is to help teams ship the right thing, in the right way. You do so by helping teams through serving and leadership, to achieve the desired outcome that a product development team seeks to accomplish to support the product vision.

You **help the team focus on the right priorities by having a clear understanding of the market & segment** your product operates in.

**About you**:
So you’re well equipped in the soft skills we see as staples: Well organised, analytical, good communication & interpersonal skills.

You’ll already had around 5 years experience working in Product Management.

Domain expertise would be the cherry on the cake: Perhaps you’ve worked in ConTech before, or perhaps you have a background from the construction industry. ️

**Core responsibilities**:

- Ensure your squad is doing the right things, understand why & what is their focus at all times
- Ensure proper communication between squad & stakeholders
- Help put together quarterly OKRs for product line that aligns with business objectives
- Keeps a now/next/later of squad priorities (on ProductBoard) Support Squad Lead prepare a prioritized sprint backlog ‍
- ️
- Participate in squad ceremonies (daily standups, grooming, plannings, weekly demo’s)

- Our main offices are located in La Hulpe (Belgium) (in the beautiful forest near the Chateau) Copenhagen (Denmark) and Warsaw (Poland) with a team of 60+ international employees.
