**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant in **Zaventem** is Hays op zoek naar een gemotiveerde kandidaat voor de functie **customer service.**
Als **customer service **speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van het salesteam, zowel **technisch als administratief**. Dit betekent dat je vragen beantwoordt, informatie verstrekt over producten en **levertermijnen, **en zorgt voor een **vlotte afhandeling van klantverzoeken.** Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige opmaak van **offertes en het inboeken van bestellingen**. Hierbij houd je rekening met de wensen van de klanten en** technische specificaties**. In deze rol communiceer je met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen, zoals de logistieke afdeling. Multitasking is essentieel, omdat je snel moet schakelen tussen verschillende taken. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig **contract met de productie-eenheden** verspreid over heel Europa.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor de functie **customer service** zijn we op zoek naar iemand die vloeiend communiceert in het **Nederlands en het Frans.** Daarnaast heb je ook een basiskennis van het Engels. Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelor **of je hebt een **relevante werkervaring **binnen dezelfde functie. Je bent **nauwkeurig en gemotiveerd** om bij te leren. Tot slot, kan je makkelijk overweg met het officepakket en **ERP-systemen.**
