**Robert Half** is currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative (M/F/x)** for one of our clients. This opportunity includes an interim period with the potential for a transition into a permanent contract.
Our client is an international company seeking a new member for their Italian customer service team. They specialize in **providing services for diplomats**.
As a **Customer Service Representative (M/F/x)**, your responsibilities will include:
**Customer Service Activities**:
- handling requests from both new and existing customers.
**Set-up Activities**:
- processing customs forms ;
- checking documents and following up on missing information ;
- creating customer files in our system and keeping existing customer files up-to-date (+filing).
**Regular Control via Control Reports**:
- performing weekly and daily checks;
- overdue follow-ups.
The required qualifications for the **Customer Service Representative (M/F/x)** position:
- you are fluent in **Italian** and **English** ;
- you are a holder of at least a **bachelor's degree**;
- you are oriented towards customer service ;
- you are organized and accurate in your work ;
- you are an excellent communicator, flexible, and a team player ;
- you are capable of remaining calm under pressure.
