**Your Impact**:
Are you a Microsoft Cloud specialist with a passion for managing people? Do you strongly believe the sky is the limit: always looking for new prospects, developing and finetuning strategies, and hunting for valuable team members? You might be our new Practice Lead Microsoft Cloud Development.

**Where you're going to get started**:
As Practice Lead, you will be able to translate your vision of the Microsoft Cloud into clear steps for your team. You are the management team’s direct connection to clients, and your expertise in the cloud makes you their ideal sparring partner.

You will spend much of your time managing your team of 20 consultants specialized in.NET and Azure development environments. Mentoring, training, coaching, and mapping career paths energize your hectic days. You have a growth mindset, always looking to expand projects, find new talent, and implement ambitious strategies.

- You are a genuine people manager with a communicative mindset and the skills to listen and coach your colleagues actively. You have a strong vision of cloud development and how it fits into digital & business transformation processes. Your knowledge of the market and client-oriented approach enables strong results in achieving commercial goals.
- Your professional background:

- some years of relevant working experience, the exact nature of which does not matter too much, but being familiar with Azure services and corporate environments are assets
- fluency in Dutch and English, French is an asset but not a must
