The primary mission of the Customer Care Manager is to provide customers with information and/or answers regarding the products and services offered by the insurance company.

- Manage a flow of incoming calls within a certain time frame and provide follow-up activities to the calls;
- Provide a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing the best solution to any questions and/or requests the customer may have;
