**Business Development Manager**
**_Wat ga je doen?_**
Samen met de collega’s van sales en marketing ontwikkel je commerciële bedrijfsstrategieën. Je creëert groei door het herkennen van marktontwikkelingen en het identificeren van kansen en nieuwe afzetmarkten.
Naast het opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met klanten, prospects en shareholders weet je de juiste dmu’s aan te spreken en kan je targets omzetten in tastbare resultaten. Onze engineers en productmanagers staan je graag bij in het vinden van klantgerichte oplossingen.
**_Wie ben je?_**
Om succesvol te zijn, heb je commerciële feeling en ervaring in een b2b-omgeving. Ook ben je geïnteresseerd in technologische ontwikkelingen. Nieuwsgierig en ambitieus als je bent, zoek je steeds naar nieuwe mogelijkheden en uitdagingen.
Kortom, wie is de klant? Wat is zijn probleem? Waar wil hij naartoe? Hoe ontwikkelt zijn business zich? En hoe kan HARTING de oplossing bieden die de klant in staat stelt om te groeien.
Dus geen “quick wins” maar partnership.
