**Your Mission as a Keystone Consultant**:
In this **consultancy role**, you will support the clients **Chief Information and Technology Office (CITO)** by ensuring IT assets and projects comply with internal governance and external regulations. With increasing complexities in software licensing, cloud security, and third-party contracts, your expertise will help drive robust risk management strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Risk Identification & Business Risk Assessment**:
- Identify risk areas in IT assets, processes, and activities.
- Support **Business Risk Assessment (BRA)** for business continuity, **GDPR compliance, AI risk, fraud detection, and contract governance**.
- ** Operational Risk Mitigation**:
- Lead risk evaluation and mitigation projects.
- Define and monitor action plans with key stakeholders.
- ** Compliance & Certification Leadership**:
- Drive internal compliance certification processes.
- Act as a **Single Point of Contact (SPOC)** for cloud and software asset owners, advising on governance, risk re-evaluation, mitigation, and regulatory reporting.
- ** Contract & Vendor Management**:
- Support contract negotiations and **third-party risk management** to optimize agreements.
- ** Community Management & Awareness**:
- Foster a **risk-aware culture** by leading **training, communication, and compliance initiatives**.
- Ensure adherence to **Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)** regulations, focusing on outsourcing, incident management, and resilience testing.

**Strong IT knowledge**, including cloud computing, outsourcing services, software licensing models, and contracts.
Experience with **risk management methodologies** in IT environments.
