Ben jij een ervaren technicus met een passie voor innovatie en slimme oplossingen voor buitengebruik? Bij Husqvarna zijn we op zoek naar een “Ervaren Technical Service Specialist” om ons deskundige Technical Services-team in Zaventem voltijds te versterken.

Over de functie:
In deze rol ben je gespecialiseerd in het ondersteunen van onze geavanceerde residentiële producten, waaronder onze toonaangevende robotmaaiers. Als vertrouwde technische adviseur behandel je complexe diagnoses, geef je trainingen aan dealers en zorg je voor uitstekende klantenondersteuning—zowel op afstand als ter plaatse.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Beoordelen van garantieclaims en efficiënt beheren van documentatie
- Herstellen en analyseren van machines met elektrische, elektronische en mechanische problemen
- Delen van inzichten en analyses met ons R&D-team in Zweden
- Leiden en bijdragen aan technische trainingssessies voor dealers
- Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse logistiek en werkplaatsbeheer
- Technische gegevens vertalen naar duidelijke en bruikbare informatie voor ons dealernetwerk

De functie bestrijkt de regio’s België en Luxemburg.

Jouw profiel:

- 5 tot 10 jaar relevante technische ervaring, bij voorkeur met tuin-, park
- of bosbouwmachines
- Sterke kennis van zowel batterij
- als brandstofaangedreven machines
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een pluspunt)
- MBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring
- Vlot met Microsoft Office
- In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B (E is een pluspunt)
- Bereidheid om 2-3 keer per jaar internationaal te reizen
