Tasks
- Responsible for business development and (key) account management in Flanders
- Responsible for service delivery in Life Sciences profiles for existing and potential clients, in close collaboration with Recruitment Consultant
- Provides the best level of employability for the contractors on the payroll of Jefferson Wells
- Builds relevant talent pools and help contractors from your team to develop themselves and achieve their career goals
- Implements pricing and margin strategy in line with the budget objectives
- Executes the required administrative tasks (invoicing, timesheets) in cooperation with the admin cell
- Capable of negotiating tailor made optimized salary packages

Profile
- Bachelor
- or Master’s Degree (Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources) or equivalent through experience in a relevant domain (Life Sciences or in the world of HR Services)
- Very good knowledge in Dutch and English (spoken and written), French is a plus
- Capable of having conversations on C-level
- First experience in sales or recruitment is necessary (min. 1-2 years)
- Sales driven and result-oriented
