Als ProjectManager Retail zorg je voor de implementatie van continue verbeteringen in het proceslandschap van D'Ieteren Automotive en bevorder je operationele kwaliteit in de commerciële relatie tussen D'Ieteren en de dealer. Dit omvat nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe belanghebbenden om de doelstellingen voor efficiëntie te realiseren.

**Wat wordt jouw rol?**
- Samenwerking met de Retail Process Managers om de huidige situatie en toekomstige veranderingen te begrijpen, inclusief het documenteren van business vereisten, processen en datastromen
- Organisatie van praktijkonderzoeken en analyse van bedrijfsscenario's, uitvoeren van impactanalyses en coördineren van test
- en validatiesessies
- Opzetten van een veranderingstraject voor de business, inclusief het opstellen van communicatieplannen en het coördineren van trainingsplannen
- Samenwerking met verschillende D’Ieteren-teams om een goede projectimplementatie van continue verbeteringsonderwerpen te verzekeren en de voorziene bedrijfswaarde in termen van operationele efficiëntie te behalen
- Verzekeren van communicatie met betrekking tot efficiëntieprojecten, functioneren als ambassadeur en SPOC voor toegewezen projectonderwerpen.
- Regelmatige rapportage over voortgang aan het management van D’Ieteren

**Gaat dit over jou?**
- Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimaal 3 jaar professionele ervaring
- Grondige ervaring in projectmanagement (IT & Business)
- Sterke interesse in Efficiëntieprojecten met betrekking tot Organisatie, Processen, en (met een focus op) IT-tools
- Professioneel niveau van Nederlands/Frans en goede kennis van Engels
- Pragmatisch, logisch en kritisch constructief, resultaatgericht
- Goede teamspeler en teambouwer
- Kennis van de automobielsector is een plus
