**Ben je net afgestudeerd in marketing, business of retailmanagement? Zin in een eerste commerciële uitdaging met doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan is dit traineeship jouw ideale springplank**
**Wat houdt het traineeship in?**:
Tijdens dit **6 maanden durende traject** word je klaargestoomd om door te groeien tot **Junior Field Sales Manager** binnen onze FMCG-divisie. Je combineert praktijkervaring op de baan met strategisch inzicht op kantoor.
**Je week ziet er zo uit**:
- ** 2 dagen per week** ben je actief **op de baan als vertegenwoordiger** bij topklanten zoals Carrefour en Delhaize. Je promoot verschillende A-merken in de supermarkten, zorgt voor een sterke merkpresentatie en bouwt aan klantrelaties.
- ** 3 dagen per week** werk je mee op **ons hoofdkantoor in Groot-Bijgaarden**, waar je onze huidige Field Sales Managers ondersteunt bij de opvolging van lopende projecten, administratie en rapportering.
Na dit intensieve leertraject van 6 maanden krijg je de kans om **zelf een team van vertegenwoordigers aan te sturen** als Junior Field Sales Manager.
**Wie zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt een **bachelor of master** in business, marketing of retailmanagement.
- Je bent **tweetalig Nederlands/Frans** en communiceert vlot in beide talen.
- Je bent **pas afgestudeerd** of hebt max. 1 à 3 jaar werkervaring.
- Je beschikt over een **rijbewijs B** en woont in de ruime regio van **Groot-Bijgaarden**, **Gent** of **Antwerpen**.
**Wat mag jij verwachten?**:
- Een **volwaardig en betaald traineeship** met doorgroeiperspectief binnen 6 maanden.
- Een **opleidingstraject op maat**, persoonlijke begeleiding en veel leerkansen.
- ** Bedrijfswagen met tankkaart**, **maaltijdcheques**, **26 verlofdagen** en andere extralegale voordelen.
