**Role: IT Project Management service**
**Location: Brussels, Belgium**
**Description**:
- Facilitating architecture decomposition initiatives between different teams (business, architecture,...)
- Coordinating IT projects, including launching and monitoring projects, achieving implementation plans, following-up scope, budget, schedule, monitoring resources, issues, risks and producing project-related documentation.
- Following & coordinating functional & technical architecture decomposition based on home-made developments.
- Following, coordination and monitoring Elia and 50Hertz modernized initiatives.
- Managing & following multiple implementation teams provided by development software teams (.NET/JAVA developers & architects).
- With Q&A chapters validating the test strategy and the quality approach as well as their follow-up during the execution phase.
- Organizing and coordinating the deployment of IT solutions in acceptance and production environments in collaboration with the IT infrastructure teams.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in applied information technology, a master’s degree or equivalent by experience, preferably with a specialization in the field of electricity.
**Requirements**:
- You have more than 10 years as relevant experience as a manager of IT projects
- You have relevant experience in modern decomposition cloud base, data centric IT architecture approach, including using DDD and microservices.
- You have relevant experience in international company context.
- You can communicate easily with developers/architects on technical matters.
- You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- You have an analytical mind and good organizational skills.
- You are customer-driven and a good communicator, facilitator and you work well in a team.
- You keep abreast of the latest IT developments.
- Knowledge of and experience in the electricity and/or energy sector would be a plus.
**Languages**
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch, with a sound grasp of the other language
- German knowledge is a plus.
