About the team:
The role will join the EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) team, which consists of 7 dedicated professionals working across Fragomen’s 13 offices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We all work closely together in a dynamic and engaging way to support the firm across all its recruitment needs.

The role will report into the London based TA Manager (EMEA) and work in close collaboration with the EMEA HR team members.

About the role:
You will work across a diverse range of specialisms and engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in order to provide exceptional client service.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Update recruitment tracker regularly to ensure progress is logged and communicated accurately- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high level of service at all times- Get involved in other TA and broader HR related project work as required

About you:
You will be an experienced recruiter who is fluent in French. You will have a background covering roles across Benelux and/or France - experience covering other European locations would also be beneficial. This experience will ideally have been gained in a legal or professional services environment, however we would actively consider other backgrounds, such as recruitment agency experience.

You will be comfortable with a small amount travel to Fragomen’s European offices.

Also required:
- It is essential that you are able to communicate fluently in French.- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- A self-starter who has the ability to deliver excellent results- Detail-oriented and the ability to provide high levels of accuracy in all work- Strong time management skills- Excellent customer/client service skills- Proven ability to work well as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently- Degree level education would be preferred, but is not essential

The Brussels office was the first international office opened outside the US. Our team in Brussels has now more than 50 employees from 13 different nationalities.

Today, Fragomen Brussels sits in the Expert Group of Economic Migration of the European Commission and leads Fragomen’s EU Integrated Compliance and Advisory Services.
